Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Breakaway Cockpit product, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   for a Return Material Authorization request within 30 days of the receipt of your product. Please provide the model number and serial number at time of rrequest.Breakaway Cockpits will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment,minus a 15% restocking fee. You must return the product to Breakaway Cockpits within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories and manuals that shipped with the product. All returns are subject to an inspection.All parts,in our opinion, that show evidence of being subjected to improper handeling,packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for echange,refund or warranty.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Product Warranty

Breakaway Cockpits have a Limited Warranty against defects in Workmanship and Material for 30 days from reciept of your product. By purchacing a Breakaway Product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the warranty terms, are familiar with them, and you accept the terms and conditions, including the limitations and exclusions in them.

Products sold through Breakaway Cockpits that do not include our brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for customer service.
